Integrative Psychotherapy for Body, Mind, and Soul

Salem | Oregon | Virtual

What if the purpose of therapy wasn't to fix yourself- but to meet yourself?

Many people arrive at therapy with the hope of fixing what’s gone wrong in their inner worlds, relationships, and larger lives. Maybe there’s a specific problem you want to address, or perhaps there’s something less defined that you’re reaching toward. A deeper understanding of who you are. A grasp of what your inner world is all about. A clearer sense of how you got here and why the patterns you’re in seem to reassert themselves just when you think you’ve made it past them.

If you’ve found your way here, you may already have a sense that the type of psychological change you’re looking for is going to require something more than symptom management. You’re seeking relief, but more than that, you’re wanting a space to grow in insight and understanding. A place to slow down long enough to learn to be with yourself.

This is the type of work I love to do.

I’m a licensed psychologist practicing psychodynamic therapy with individual adults. This is spacious, unhurried work- the type that doesn’t move toward a predetermined outcome, but creates the conditions for insight and change to emerge as we go along.

If you’re feeling drawn, I’d be honored to connect more and explore whether this work may be right for you.
